Basic Clean (Available for One Time and Routine Cleaning- Weekly, Biweekly and Monthly)


Basic cleaning is similar to everyday cleaning with extra attention to last you until your next visit.                 

Basic residential cleaning includes:

  • Bathroom
    • Clean tub/shower, toilet, sink and countertop. Wipe down tiles.
  • Kitchen
    • Clean front and sides of oven, countertop, microwave, small appliances, and refrigerator. Clean inside sink and wipe down cabinet doors.
  • Bedroom
    • Wipe down furniture, dust shelves and any regular duties.
  • General areas 
    • Vacuum carpet and wash hardwood floors
    • Wipe down chairs and furniture
    • Clean all furniture with glass, windows and mirrors
    • Dust all areas (doors, window sills, ceiling fans, door frames and furniture that can not be wiped down)
    • Empty trash in all rooms
  • By request: decluttering and organizing space, laundry, change of linens and wash dishes.

All cleaning have a minimum of 2.5 hours with the exception of weekly cleaning minimum of 2 hours.


                           



Extensive Clean (Available for One Time and Routine Cleaning)

Extensive cleaning is a thorough cleaning and it is offered for those that need a deep cleaning.  It includes all services offered with the basic cleaning but attention is given to more areas and customized with the customer.  This cleaning is highly recommended for first time and seasonal customers. 

Extensive (deep clean) residential cleaning includes:

  • Same services as Basic Residential Cleaning
  • Clean inside appliances, oven
  • Clean inside cabinets/drawers
  • Clean markings off wall
  • Any additional services needed to give your home a deep clean (no charge)
  • Carpet cleaning available for additional charge.

Carpet cleaning is available during the extensive clean for an additional charge.



Residential Building Cleaning

Cleaning in Chicagoland residential buildings is available for daily, multiple days during the week or weekly visits.  No matter how large or small your building is we can assign a regular cleaner or multiple cleaners to keep your building clean on the outside and inside.

  • Outdoor trash pickup and maintenance
  • Hallway dusting
  • Hallway sweep, vacuum or mop
  • Common area cleaning (Workout room, bike room, laundry room, etc.)

All services offer the option of 1-3 cleaners during the visit. Please contact for a proposal with a required site visit.
