• Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning
• Work independently or in a cleaning crew
• Reliable, focused and detailed
• Must read, write and speak English
• Knowledge of the green community or green cleaning is helpful

• Provide 3 verifiable work references
• Dependable vehicle with verifiable insurance
• Will conduct background check
• Must be available to work at least 8 hours/week
• Must have working cell phone

Residential Cleaning

Residential Cleaner

Regular housekeeping is $8.75-10.50/hr.  Pay varies depending on experience and skills.  This is a part time position where the hours will vary Mon - Sat in Chicago and occasional work in the suburbs.  Evening and weekend work is available.  Up to 35 hours/week is available.  Professional cleaning experience is a must but must be willing to learn green cleaning.  Tips are available.  No car is necessary. There is room for growth within the company.

Commercial Cleaning

Commercial Cleaner

Commerical/Building maintenace cleaners $8.90-10/hr.  Pay varies depending on experience and skills.  This position is 1 day/week with 4-6 hours/week on scheduled days (alternating Thurs & Sat).  1 year of professional cleaning or building maintenance experience is required.  Must know how to do window cleaning.  Position will grow into 16 hours/week on two days/week.  Car is a plus.

Window Washer

Window washers $9-10.75/hr. Pay varies depending on experience and skills.  This position is 2 days/week with 8-12 hours/week on scheduled days (Wed, Thurs, Fri or Sat). 3 months of professional window washing and/or building maintenance experience is required.  Must be willing to work outside only on ground level.  Must be willing to work alone or with a team leader or partner.
