Payment Policy

All payments are due in full on the day of service. 

Payments can be made securely via PayPal with a debit/credit card (no account setup is necessary) before your appointment.  Paypal payments should be made to payment@ecohomeclean.com.  If payments are made during the visit, only cash is accepted and should be left in a sealed envelope. 

Tips are encouraged and should be left separate from your payment. 

Company checks are only allowed by office/commercial customers.  Personal checks can be used as a form of payment after four paid cleanings. 

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call 312.788.0294.  If we do not receive notification of your cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment a $25 surcharge will be billed.

Service Policy

All customers (except office/commercial) are billed the minimum hours and any time over the minimum is pro-rated in twenty minute increments.

Prices vary depending on the number of crew for the cleaning.  All services are agreed upon before scheduled visit and documented by a signed estimate consultation form.

Guarantee Policy

If you are not satisfied with our services, we will return within 48 hours (excluding holidays) of the cleaning and re-clean the area in question for free of charge.  We will not re-clean areas that are noticeably disrupted after our visit.
