Payment Policy

All payments are due in full on the day of service. 

Payments can be made securely via our payment portal with a debit/credit card on the day of your appointment.  Paypal payments can be made to payment@ecohomeclean.com.  If payments are made during the visit, only cash/check is accepted and should be left in a sealed envelope. 

Tips are encouraged and should be left separate from your payment.  All tips are split between the cleaners that serviced your home during your appointment.

Company checks are only allowed by office/commercial customers.  Personal checks can be used as a form of payment after the first appointment.

Late fees are applied to residential accounts that are over 15 days past due.  Every invoiced appointment that is 15 days past due will incur a $25 charge or 5%, whichever is greater, and $5 every 15 days past due until balance is paid in full.

Late fees are listed on the contracts of commercial account clients.  Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call 312.788.0294.  If we do not receive notification of your cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment a $25 surcharge will be billed.

If our cleaners arrive at your home on your scheduled appointment and we can not gain access to your unit or home to clean, this is considered a no call cancellation which will incur a $25 charge to your next appointment.

Service Policy

All customers (except office/commercial) are billed the minimum hours and any time over the minimum is pro-rated in twenty minute increments.

Prices vary depending on the number of crew for the cleaning.  All services are agreed upon before scheduled visit and documented by a signed estimate consultation/intake form.

Guarantee Policy

If you are not satisfied with our services, we will return within 48 hours (excluding holidays) of the cleaning and re-clean the area in question for free of charge.  We will not re-clean areas that are noticeably disrupted after our visit.
